Ace Young and Brandon Rogers on Bones

Did anyone catch Bones this week? I’m not a regular watcher but a friend tipped me off to the fact that American Idol hunk, Ace Young, was featured in the episode titled “The Wannabe in the Weeds.” He portrayed Tommy Sour, an aspiring singer who meets and untimely end. Kinda grim, I know, but I heard that the characters poked a lot of fun at Idol so there was some levity, at least. Fellow alum, Brandon Rogers, was also on the show but I’m not completely sure what his role was (anyone???).

I did catch Ace’s performance…I thought it was pretty good. I didn’t catch Brandon though. Like you, I’m not a fan of the show, it generally puts me to sleep but for some reason I woke up when I heard Ace singing…lol
Both Ace’s character and Brandon’s character were singers at a Nightclub’s open mic night. Brandon’s was just a cameo role when David Boreanaz’s character went to the club to question the patrons about Ace’s death he was on stage singing.
