Adam Lambert Working With Lady Gaga Producer
June 15, 2009 by Jeanne
I read on E! Online that American Idol Season 8 runner-up, Adam Lambert, will be working with RedOne, the producer behind Lady Gaga’s hugely successful singles “Just Dance” and “Poker Face.” As the article mentions, it’s starting to feel like glam rock is about to make a HUGE comeback – with a modern spin, of course.
Apparently, Adam spent much of this past weekend working in a Los Angeles recording studio with the producer who has also worked with Akon, Enrique Iglesias and Michael Jackson. Who knows what kind of tracks he laid down with Adam? A label source simply said that it will be “a new sound that goes beyond what he did on Idol."
Glambert will be dropping his debut album this fall on RCA Recordings.

Go Adam! Looks like I was right…his career is going to shoot way past Kris. Kris may have won the title of “American Idol” due to the fact that Danny Gokey fans voted for him but in reality Adam is the one who is going to win in the end. Poor Kris is stuck with that horrible song as his first single while Adam is rising to the top! Looks like Adam turned out to be the more “marketable” one…’eh?!
Has anyone seen Kris on the cover of anything besides the gossip mags? No? Geez you would think at the very least the winner would have gotten on Rolling Stone first…right? LMAO…NOT!
Jeanne did you know Adam got the Young Hollywood’s Artist of the Year award?

Has Kris gotten any awards or equal recognition since “winning”? LOL
Go Adam!
LMAO…and Kara presented him with the award! NIIIIICE….almost as if she set Kris up with that song then turns around and gives Adam the Young Artist of the Year award….priceless!
This is all great news. RedOne has done wonders for Lady Gaga, who is infinitely less talented than Adam Lambert, though I do like her a lot, despite my attempt not to. It’s clear that the 19 folks knew what a gem they had found in Adam, and they are doing great things to make his career go astronomical. I also think Adam has learned to be a very savvy business guy himself, so much more ready and able to take the stage by storm. I had been worried that 19 might try to douse his flame a tad so as not to overwhelm Kris’ lower-impact light. Don’t get me wrong, Kris is a fine talent. But he is laid-back, simpler, safer. Adam will always steal the spotlight because he is so spectacular.
Yeah, A’kyra. I wrote about it a few days ago – http://www.idolstalker.com/adam-lambert-wins-young-hollywood-award-talks-sexuality/
It’s amazing and I’m so glad that he’s feeling the love
