American Idol 7 Top 10 Guys David Archuleta - Video
David Archuleta talked about how he was able to meet the finalists of the first season of American Idol. He sang “Imagine” and I must confess that it’s a song that I normally think should never be sung by anyone other than John Lennon. David did an amazing job and proved me wrong. Randy thought it was great. Paula was very moved by the performance. Simon said it was risky but that it worked and said he was the one to beat this year. Bring on the crying 14-year-old girls in the audience, lol….

I am 8yrs. old and I want David Archuleta to be the next American Idol!! He Rocks. I thinks he’s nice and has a pretty smile and can also sing awsome!!!!!!!

i’m so sick of people just liking david for his smile & looks. i mean, of course he’s adorable. i’m just sick of people labeling him as the “young teens” fav. i’m 15 (almost 16) and i LOVE him. not because of how he looks. (but he is very cute:]) no, i love him because of his voice and what he can do to a song to make it his own. i think “imagine” was a perfect example of that.
i thought blake lewis sounded good singing it last year but david’s version makes his look kareoke.
david archuleta is the next elliott yamin in my opinion. <3 good luck david ! <3 you ARE the one to beat. going all the way, baby!

I love this guy!! Amazing vocals and such a sweetie-pie! At first, I was afraid of how he was going to perform this song, but Wow!!!
Plus, he’s about my age so it doesn’t make him unavailable. :)

I don,t care if he is gay or not, like people are saying. I think he is an american idol. he s great. my personal apinion is that everyone is beat. I feel it s a done deal. everyone should forfit. he has already won period.

I hope David Archuleta wins American Idol. But, whether he does or not, he will go far in the music business. He’s a natural stylist. I think he could make the most boring song in the world exciting and memorable. I’d really like for him to make a commercial recording of “A Thousand Miles.”

God has sent us an angel to deliver loving messages through his music and his name is David Archuleta. If you listen to him, he will tell us over and over again he sings songs with ‘a wonderful message’. He is an inspiration to us all. May the Lord bless him and keep him in our public view by allowing him to win the American Idol, but most of all keep David happy in his music & song, and never let it spoil that puppy dog image, he makes our hearts smile! I hope D.A. goes on to be as successful as Clay Aiken was, because he is just as good. I am going to miss hearing him, and am hoping for some TV appearances soon!
