Amanda Overmyer sang “Baby Please Don’t Go” and I was not particularly thrilled with it and I’m a big fan of hers. Wah. There was so little singing involved but Randy said he liked it, Paula said she likes everything Amanda does and Simon said he thinks she’s “authentic” even though it wasn’t her best performance.

Give it a rest. This chick has got your attention when she’s on stage. So the song it’s self wasn’t a winner with people she did it pretty well considering how fast a song it was. It’s gonna be just fine.
She is a stand out player in the game…She should go far and not be forgotten if she is booted off…She is top 12 material…bottom line
Amanda Overmyer was knocked off American Idol but she is going to still ROCK ON! There are so may reasons why American Idol was a perfect fit as well as just as many reasons on why she was a horrible fit but not being a pop artist and more of a rock artist she is going to keep rocking on.
