American Idol 7 Top 12 Guys Jason Castro - Video

Jason Castro sang “Daydream” and is the first contestant to use an instrument during the performances on American Idol!!! It’s cute. I’m not sitting up going “wow” but it’s good. I like that his performance was so different from what I was expecting from his look. Randy said it was a little pitchy but alright. Paula said she was “blown away” and that the song choice was perfect. Simon said it was in the top 2 performances of the night because he, like David (Archuleta) have just “got it.” He said it was effortless and terrific.

This kid has definitely got it. It’s amazing to me that because of his hair, people had a completely wrong impression of him going into this. He’s a quiet, shy kid who’s done most of his singing in church!! Hope he makes the top 10.
This boy is my favorite. He has his own unique sound going on. Will be waiting to hear more from him.

Jason was the best male vocalist or singer or whatever you wanna call it…he was freakin gorgeous and hot and sexy…you may not think so but that’s just me out of the both of us…and his voice in original and is the kinda voice that would be in the kinda song you listen to when your love-struck(like me over him)or just happy and having a good day. Why he left…i don’t know. He should’ve won but that’s ok…good for the battle of the David’s. Even though i’m not really fans of them they made it far…so a round of applause for them…night people
