American Idol 7 Top 3 - David Archuleta
David Archuleta performed three songs and as with the other two contestants on American Idol last night, I felt like he was a little off.
First he sang the “judge’s choice” from Paula Abdul, “And So it Goes.” I think it was great, actually. It was his best performance of the night, in my opinion. The segment at the beginning with no music and the very end were really impressive to me. Watch it here:

He’s so young to be singing such old songs. He has so much talent…let it loose David for crying out loud…get young and fresh and sing some up beat pop songs! We know he can sing ballads extremely well but doesn’t anyone want to hear him sing something else???? Good job though of course.
