There should be ONE VOTE per hone call---or at least do what the Dancing With the Stars do---only as many votes as there are contestants left! This voting system is dishonest, allowing people to just keep re-dialing for 2 hours!!!! It has become a popularity contest instead of a talent contest. How many truly good singers have been voted off and then actually MADE IT? Who remembers the last 2 "so-called" winners? How many "winners" have been able to reach STAR status----so many have no idea of the committment involved and the hard work and sacrifce necessary to reach stardom!! I hope someone was standing outside the studio door when Michael Johns was botted off---he will have a CD out before the winner of this contest hits the recording studio! David Archeletta is not going to have a problem either--but he is young and needs to have someone who actually cares about his talent, not just the money to be made!! Are you listening daddy?
