American Idol and American Gladiators Debut the Same Week – Oh No!

I got a press release from NBC and I think the timing of their updated version of American Gladiators comes in direct conflict with American Idol. What’s a girl like me to do??? TiVo, DVR, PVR or whatever I can use to see ‘em both. I LOVE TECHNOLOGY?

Anyone gonna watch Gladiators? I love that show! I can’t wait to see how it’s been changed!
haha i have never heard of gladiator but i definitely wont be watching that show. sounds like a show for men. i will be watching IDOL
Ha ha ha!!!! I know. I’m terrible. I’m gonna watch both but it is definitely a show that seems more geared to men.
There are both men and women contestants, it is jsut another reality show to fill time because of the writers strike.
In truth, I lied. I know that more and more shows are reality shows because they are cheaper to produce and have bigger profits. I can only watch people run the gauntlet so many times before it is just a blur, says the reality junkie of all time (top chef, sheer design, project runway, the shot…. the list goes on to even (gulp) I love New York).
Thank goodness for DVR and TiVo! Serious! American Gladiators use to be on TV in the 90’s I believe, I’m also looking forward to seeing how the show will be this time around. And if you miss American Idol for it well atleast get yourself the new Chicken Soup for the American Idol Soul to fill you American Idol need.
