American Idol Season 7 Audition – Oliver Highman

Oliver Highman finally got to audition after missing his audition on the first day since his wife went into labor. He brought his wife and brand-new, less than a day old baby, Emma Grace, with him to the auditions.
He sang "Get Here" and his vibrato and falsetto were annoying, I can say that much. I liked him, though. Too bad 
Simon said he was corny and old-fashioned. When he brought baby Emma in, Simon said "I feel like this is my baby." Hilarious.

I think he was great! Especially for getting no sleep from being on a hospital cot for 3 days before. He was nervous, tired, & still did great.
He was a cool guy. His voice was not that great but I really don’t think he cared. He was just a shining father with his new baby. Him and his wife were really sweet. Good luck to both of them
Oh, and I love the babies name…it seemed appropriate for them for some reason – Emma Grace….cool!

I’m mad he didn’t get to go to the next level…. He was much better than some people they let go…. KING DAVID says go back and CALL him; let him give another shot or take him to the next level…….

I liked him, and totally thought they should have just asked him to sing another song. They do that with a lot of people. I thought it was unfair.
I feel that Oliver should have gotten another chance, for Gods sake, the man just became a father, nerves alone had to have gotten him. He has a good voice., Simon should have asked him to perform another song. Were with you Oliver!
Oliver Highman can sing. AI judges made a huge mistake when they let him go. He’s got great pitch, amazing breath control, and a beautiful tone. How do we get him back on?
Oliver Highman has a great voice and the personal touch his family gave to American Idol will not be forgotten by most who listened to the show. You need to bring him back, he was better than most who sang that day.
I thought oliver did great and he deserves to go to hollywood they should of gave him another chance!
