American Idol Season 8 – Adam, Allison and Kris Make Top 12

What do you think? Adam Lambert, Kris Allen and Allison Iraheta have been added to the Top 12. They will join the three chosen from Group 1 – Alexis Grace, Michael Sarver and Danny Gokey. 
Were you happy with the results on tonight’s show? Were you expecting Nick Mitchell to make it?

The girls were robbed. All but Jeanine and Jasmine outsung all the guys w/ me being on the hate it side of the lambert faction.
I thought Mishavonna picked a bad song but she sang it beautifully. I was disappointed she didn’t get picked and, as much as I hate to admit it, I really am not a big fan of Adam’s performing. I hope he learns to rope that in…
There is something about Adam that bothers me also…I do think he can sing his butt off. I get the sense that he is a fairly modest young man… but the theatrics get me.
I’m quite happy with all 3 picks from last night. I think Adam has enough talent that he knows what he has to do to stay in the competition. I hope so cause I just love looking at him..lol He looks like a very young Elvis.
What he said is true. He is used to performing and ignoring the audience just as Clay Aiken had to learn TO ignore the audience when he was in Spamalot.
i only like allison from the three who got in. kris allen is so boring and we’ve seen so many like him. well, as for adam lambert, i’ve seen so much emo boys in the music industry already that it just makes me want to puke. i wouldve wanted megan joy corkrey in the top 12 for sure because she’s unique and will definitely make american idol more interesting to watch.
I think that Adam Lambert’s looks like a Jonas brother help him to get through
I agree that Kris is boring and has no chance at winning. Megan Joy Corkrey is a beautiful girl with a kind of quirky appeal as a performer. We may not have heard the last from her. As for Adam, he’s sorta wierd but he is a great singer and he belongs in the top 12
I’m quite happy with the results. I love Allison and Adam since the first audition, and they were the best of the second group.
Kris was good, but I was sure that it would be him or Nick the third finalist.
I prefered Megan and Mishavonna before him, but I thank God, with Simon, that Nick didn’t make the top three!
That blonde Amy Winehouse sounding girl shoulda been in it…
I love performing from Kris…he was wonderful on stage and his voice was amazing.
and for an Idol he looks grat

Definitely agree with all of the comments on last nights episode of American Idol. Cant’s wait to see the results show tonight.
I love theatrical performer like Freddie and Bowie, love vocalists like Plant and love glam/art alt rock so needless to say I’m glad someone like Lambert who emobodies a bit of it all, is on this crappy show.
Kris Allen is gorgeous and an amazing soul singer. He is NOT boring,, and he should win =]
