Arista Signs Blake Lewis – Scared?

Attention all Blaker Girls and fans! Blake Lewis has been signed to Arista records!!! Holy guacamole, he’s going to work with the overlord ultra successful man of music, Clive Davis. Wow. I cannot imagine how this is going to turn out, but here’s hoping Blake gets more creative freedom and support than Kelly Clarkson did. *sigh*
In the press release, it does say that Blake has creative control, but we’ll see if they really keep their word. To read more, click here.

My personal opinion is that, now that Blake has jumped on the RCA/Clive bandwagon, I believe he will get so much more attention then Jordin does since she went with JIVE, which is kinda stupid but thats how the game goes..look on Idol this year, Clive praised Carrie Underwood but didn’t mention anything about Kelly’s new album, what a shame.. hopefully Blake don’t get the short end of Clive.
