Australian Idol Contestant Commits Suicide
A former contestant from the first season of Australian Idol has tragically ended his own life. Levi Keremea died after jumping from a hotel balcony. As part of the R&B group (with his brothers Jules, Ezra and Lane), Lethbridge, the 27-year-old had just performed at the Parklife Festival in Brisbane’s Botanic Gardens and Riverstage.
It is believed that Kereama has been battling depression. A message from his family said: “On behalf of Levi’s family, I would like to say thank you for your prayers and kind messages, it’s great to know that he touched so many people’s lives.”

when a friend oh a family member is dying the one’s that share there part in levi’s life is plunged into this despair. it is heartbreaking to see a once active person take his life from suffering depression, i dont think i can find a word to describe how much i miss him,only god know’s what his worth and thats the reason why god took him out of our hands into hes so he can guied us through the trouble’s that will occur so i thank every minute i got to see him on tv & listen to his beautiful voice.
