Blake Lewis Tour Dates Cancelled

American Idol runner-up, Blake Lewis, has apparently hit another rough patch 
He has had to cancel tour dates and is currently looking for a new record label and representation.
Come on, guys! Blake is super talented and I just don’t understand how he could be in a situation like this. Anyway, I’m hoping that everything falls into place for him soon so that he can get back to making music. Even if you don’t like him as a singer, I think he’s got real potential in the industry.

That sucks. I don’t get it. I love Blake’s album (which is good since I’m required to play it for my youngest at bedtime!) and think he’s incredibly talented. He should be doing better than he has been lately.
I don’t think anyone is going to appreciate or recognize his talent unless they can figure out what it is. Maybe I’m just too old, but I like a really good voice otherwise I’m not too interested and obviously neither is anyone else.

This truly disgusts me, but I have to say that after his sales figures dropped majorly after the first couple weeks of release, I kinda saw it coming…. unfortunately Blake didn’t have a duet to fall back on – unlike Jordin with Chris Brown – which only served to further propel her album (which sucks, because I think she’s very average, especially after her performances on our Idol and Sunrise shows over here)
I bought his album – and honestly believe that it is one of the best that an American Idol contestant has put out, along with Chris Daughtry. I’ll continue to support Blake’s music – I just hope he can find a label that will too! Damn Song BMG to hell!!!

My opinion from having watched Idol is that he lacks humility. That affects all that happens behind the scenes, leading to this sort of thing that WE see.
