Canadian Idol 6: Earl Stevenson "Two"

Earl Stevenson sang “Two” by Ryan Adams and Gavin Rossdale said that he was struck by the fact that Earl has his “very own vibe” and that it’s what he likes in musicians. I love that about Earl too. I enjoyed the performance and, to me, this could have been an “Earl Stevenson song.” I really worked for me.
Sass said that it was really, really, really good. Farley said that it was an “Earl the Pearl Stevenson” performance. Zack said that when he hears him sing it sounds like the soundtrack of his life and that he’s happy to be on “Earl’s show.” Jake said that it’s becoming more and more clear that Earl has great instincts and that he would rather sit and enjoy you instead of critiquing him.

EARL is a true unique genius!! WOW Earl this was brilliant, you are going places whether you win C. Idol or not makes no difference …YOU are going places…amazing Earl…fantastic voice, this is true talent..you are Blessed !

I watched you last night, Earl, (Aug. 11th)and my impression is that you are nervous and worried about the outcome of all of this. Please just relax and be who you are. Nothing else matters. You are so amazing. I am looking forward to finding out where you will be, in concert after this is all over. I’ll be there, along with unseen numbers of Canadians and other international audiences. God be with you on your journey. Thank you for sharing your talent with me and all of Canada.
