Can you believe this? What do you think? Drew Wright was sent home tonight and I really don’t agree with it. I was really starting to like him and now he’s gone.
What do you think of a Theo vs. Mitch finale?

Time warp? How on earth did you get the results already?
This is disappointing, but it means that Theo’s going to win. I don’t think VFTW has ever managed to get one of their picks into the winner’s spot (have they?). Up against Theo, Mitch is going to look downright untalented. A Drew/Theo finale would have been a little closer, I think. Eh… they’re all going to have careers. This season’s talent is pretty good.
I guess at this stage it doesn’t matter but I don’t agree with Drew going home rather than Mitch. I never cared much for him.
If Theo doesn’t win, I vow NEVER to watch CI again.

How is it possible that Mitch has never been in the bottom 3??? he’s getting on my nerves!! And as Bev, i Theo doesn’t win and Mitch does, i will not watch idol anymore!!!
I could cry, I think Mitch is just terrible. He should have been gone awhile ago.
I wish next week was Mookie vs. Earl.
I think Mitch is amazing and am very excited that he did not get voted off the top 3! Congratulations to Mitch!! which will be our Canadian Idol winner or us Cape Bretoners will never be watching C.I again! GO MITCH!!

I don’t think Mitch has a chance next week because I know that most of Drew’s fans will vote for Theo. It’s a shame because at least Drew had talent. Mitch doesn’t IMO. My daughter gets mad when anybody says he reminds them of Jacob Hobbard, not a chance.

I think what happened is the down easterners voted big time for Mitch and I’m sure Mark Day’s fans voted for Mitch too after Mark was voted off.

Mitch is the worst finalist ever and in a year where there was an absolute tonne of talent too. I didn’t think either Mitch OR Drew deserved to be in the top ten, never mind top three.

Don’t worry down easterners we are not only the greatest people on earth…but we got pride…and stand up for each other…that is what we are about…I am sorry every one else don’t feel that way…go MITCH!!!!!!
I am so sorry to hear how people put down the people from down east….they are proud people who will do anything for anyone where ever they live…It makes me proud that I am a Newfoundlander and it makes me more proud to see how we stand by the people of our province…I think their is a lot of jealousy there and people just want to be like us..but I am sorry!!!!you are not
You are absolutely right Shane…I could not have said it anybetter…..we are proud of who we are….and stick together….gooooo MITCH….
I would never put down our easterners. My husbands family came from Newfoundland and my daughter lives there now. They should be proud of their talented contestants. I just don’t think Mitch is that talented.
Yes we are very proud of who we are and if everyone is saying that Mitch is not talented at all then why is he in the top 2 doesnt make any sense to me… i think that shows right there to everyone that he is extremely talented and btw people we are not comparing him to Justin Timberlake or any of the guy pop singers cause if we put justin and all those guys on canadian idol Mitch would wipe them away its just all their computerized music that is catchy and people don’t realize how terrible they voices are. GO MITCH!!!
I’m an American viewer so I might get flamed.
But, IMHO Mitch is this far for two reasons:
1. Eastern Canadian voting-Mitch reminds me of Jasmine Trias who got far cuz of Hawaiian voting and not Talent.
2. http://www.votefortheworst.com has Mitch’s back
But alas, this doesn’t matter THEO will blow MITCH away on the finals. If by some cold day in hell Mitch wins over Theo ZOMG!
If that happens Theo and you read this. Come down to the US and marry me then compete and win AMERICAN IDOL!
I just checked and VFTW does have Mitch’s back. I figured they would. What a stupid blog that is. Real talent gets overlooked.
