Canadian Idol Brian Melo Dating Tara Oram
Canadian Idol winner, Brian Melo, is dating finalist, Tara Oram!!!! WOW!!!!! There were rumors about them at the end of last season but Brian has now publicly confirmed it to eTalk!
"I’ll set it straight. We are together, we are a couple. I feel like we have something very special".
Melo has been working hard on his debut album (out last week!!!!) since he won the Idol crown in September. He’s also been doing the Top 3 tour and when they stopped in Newfoundland, Tara took Brian home to meet her family in Hare Bay!!!! Wow! That’s pretty serious! They’ve also been spending time together in Hamilton, Ontario, which is Brian’s hometown!
This isn’t the first time a Canadian Idol winner has fallen for a fellow contestant. We’ve got these two but there’s also Melissa O’Neill and runner-up Rex Goudie (season 3)and Eva Avila with finalist Chad Doucette (season 4).

man, seriously… Brian and Tara are perfect and even if he’s dating her atleast he’s not being an idiot trying to party all his life. I’m a great fan of him and I can defend him easily.
