Carrie Underwood on All-Access Grammy Special

American Idol winner, Carrie Underwood, was interviewed on Katie Couric’s All-Access Grammy Special which is set to air on February 4, 2009 and she had some interesting things to say.  Here’s a look at the Q&A:

“Who is your greatest influence?” – Carrie said that her mother is her best friend, she was most influenced (musically) by George Michael.

“What is your most embarrassing moment?” – she said that, as a vegetarian, she has to be careful where she speaks about that lifestyle choice since she’s been booed in some areas where cattle is raised/farmed.

“What’s the one thing that nobody knows about you?” – she likes mustard on everything, her pantry and DVD collection is extremely organized

“What’s your favorite song on your playlist” – she likes Safety Suit, David Cook and New Kids on the Block (yay!)
