David Cook Visits Luke Menard in Hospital
American Idol winner, David Cook, and his fellow season season seven contestants, Michael Johns and Jason Yeager, paid a visit to Luke Menard who was recently diagnosed with cancer. Apparently the four of them are quite close and even refer to themselves as the “four horsemen.”
People magazine quotes Cook as saying: “I love Luke and I just wanted to show up and make sure that he understood that I love him and know that if there’s anything I can do for him and his wife, sign me up, you know?… Any time one of your own is going through something as horrible as that, it makes everything else seem a little bit insignificant.”
Of course, the topic of cancer is something that is very personal to Cook, whose brother, Adam, is currently battling the disease. “Cancer is a very big part of my existence,” the Idol winner said. “I’m excited to be put in [the spotlight] where I can hopefully do something to help other people.”

So Sad, his brother is in the final stages of brain cancer. :(

Aww… I feel so bad for him, first his broter and now Luke! But I heard Lukes chances are like 93% so that’s great! He should be fine.
