Is American Idol Finalist Jessica Sierra Pregnant?

I got an email from MTV News that said that American Idol finalist, Jessica Sierra, may be pregnant.  Oh. My. Gosh.  I hope this is not true.  Jessica has been having so much trouble just living a normal life.  I guess there are the odd times where a baby can actually give someone focus and make them turn their lives around but I would really hate for her to have a child and it be a disaster.  You can read the article here.

For those of you who don’t know, Jessica is still in jail without bond after her last arrest on December 2.  She is "facing charges of disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest and violating parole" and could get more than 11 years in prison on the charges.
