Jennifer Hudson at Season-Opening Party For Oprah
Oprah Winfrey is getting ready to launch the 24th season of her daytime talk show and she’s asked fellow Chicago native, Jennifer Hudson, to help celebrate.
I’m not completely sure (please correct me if I’m wrong) but I think this is Jennifer’s first performance since the birth of her son, David, almost a month ago.
The party is taking place on the Magnificent Mile (are you surprised? This is Oprah!) with Jennifer slated to appear alongside illusionist Criss Angel (I really dislike him – anyone else feel the same way?) and the Black Eyed Peas.
*Note* If you’re in the Chicago area, you might want to avoid North Michigan Avenue since some of it is being shut down and I’m sure the traffic around it will be brutal!

I am so happy Oprah choose Jennifer Hudson to help her kick off the new season. Jennifer is a fabulous young lady, and she is an awesome multi-talented artist. Jennifer has a voice like no other. She also Chicago’s own born and raised. The Magnificent Mile Jennifer Hudson is very aware of. She have a place there; I think she is selling since the killings of her family members. I am just happy she is back and ready to go. I also heard she is in line for some CONGRATS on her son David Jr., and a small but very intimate wedding that took place days before their son birth.
