Jordin Sparks and Blake Lewis on New Year’s Eve – Video

 American Idol, Jordin Sparks, performed on Fox’s New Year’s Eve show, hosted by Cat Deeley.  Jordin’s runner-up and good friend, Blake Lewis, also performed.

I think they both did great jobs.  It’s got to be tough – it’s cold, the crowd is huge, the telecast goes out to millions and lots of people are hoping for a good way to begin the new year.  On the plus side, lots of New Year’s celebrators are drunk so that’s got to be a little comforting (I’m kidding… kind of, lol).
