Jordin Sparks and Chris Brown – "No Air" on American Idol

Chris Brown and Jordin Sparks performed their hit “No Air” on American Idol earlier tonight and they looked and sounded great! Here is the video of their performance:

Jordin and Chris’ performance was great…they sounded soooo good. The chemistry was there but I do think Jordin was feeling it a little more than Chris…I loved it though!
Chris didn’t seem to be reflecting the idea behind the song in his movement and body language. He looked like he was trying to guard Jordin a few times.
Jordin was trying to actually be part of the song and she was wonderful. She has the most amazing eyes I have ever seen. And I liked the black nail polish too. I envied Chris a little bit when she reached out to him during their performance.
Wow – I really didn’t like that performance – and I love the recorded version of that song. Hated how screechy Jordin sounded, and why did Chris sing most of his parts in such a low register, when the recorded song doesn’t sound like that? Disappointed.
I really love Jordin Sparks and Chris Brown but this performance was not good. It all seem very rushed and much lower sounding. I have seen Jordin perform “no air” alone and the sound was much better…I just thought it was me who thought this? But I still love that girl!!!
She did sound a little bit screechy at times. But she looked great. We will see how she sounds next weekend at the Norfolk Scope. I will report back. Go Jordin.
I couldn;t get past her theatrics. She looked like a mental patient before her meds.

I have seen AI when Jordin sang before also there are so many of her live performances on YouTube that she sounds terrific. I am not sure why this performances was not up to her usually great standard. I love Jordin’s voice, but this was just the first time I did not care for the performance. I still love that girl, and know she will make it! Since you did not see the whole thing. Jordin was presented with her a gold record for “no air”, and her album “Jordin Sparks” and double platinum recording of “tattoo”. She is doing sooooo good!!

Didn’t like this version, although I love Jordin and Chris normally. I thought they both looked distracted and sounded like they were just struggling to get through the song.
The gold records prove she is doing well. And to think so many people doubted her last year and said so many negative things. Where is that tyrant that said she was too fat to be an Idol? guess Jordin shut her up…she’s still a star!
I never heard any critisism on her weight. However, I wonder why noone ever commented on Ruben’s weight?He was the fair haired boy. Guess Clay showed them..Triple platinum anyone????

Also, Kelly Clarkson first album went double platinum. Breakaway was 6 X’s platinum in US and 5x’s in Canada. She has several Grammy’s as well.
Fantasia has 6 grammy’s and a few number one tracks.
Carrie Underwood – the list of awards for her is long! Including Best New Artist, Video of the year and so on…
Her first album went platinum, the second went double platinum
Clay Aiken – has 6, count ‘em, 6 awards…3 of them were billboard awards for – Best Christian Album and one for best Christmas album. None of his awards are Grammy’s. His first album went double platinum but nothing for the rest. There is no way anyone can call Clay the more successful Idol strictly from Album sales or Platinum albums. He may indeed be a great singer/performer but to say that judgeing by his platinum albums that he is better is absurd. Especially when there is proof written in black and white that pretty much proves that he is not the more successful Idol in numbers anyway.
Jordin Sparks won AI because she was the best overall entertainer last year. But she was only seventeen years old. Nobody else that young has ever done nearly as well on the show. But people expect her to do as well as someone five or ten yrs older right away.
Jordin Sparks IS adorable! She has an amazing voice and awesome lyrics. David…I agree with what you said! Right away so many were credical because of her sales in the beginning, but I guess this has proven them wrong and plus her album was released in November 2007 for heaven sakes…Geez, what a short time to already have 3 significant recording awards plus BET new artist of the year award.

Most of the time you only like 2 or 3 cuts from a CD unless you have purchased someones “greatest hits”…Her cd is really very good!
No wonder Jordin did not sound up to par! The poor girl was suffering from a vocal problem!
yeah i heard that she broke a vocal chord. proffessionals think she might not be able to sing for a career anymore… i feel soooo bad. hopefully she can stick to her talent though and make a quick recovery. i would hate to see all her effort go down the drain just because of a vocal male function…
i was just thinking… and poor girl!!!!! she was suffering so bad. if you watch you can just tell how hard she was trying to sing her heart out. and she didn’t go around making a big deal of herself, or ask for sympathy. she just sang and did her thing. that just makes me more proud of her!! go JORDIN!

Due to an unfortunate illness, Jordin Sparks has been forced to cancel her show scheduled for this Sunday, April 20, at the Bryce Jordan Center.
Sparks’ doctor has advised the Jordan Center that the former “American Idol” winner cannot perform due to an acute vocal cord hemorrhage condition. Because of the risk of permanent vocal cord damage, Sparks has been ordered to strict vocal rest and will not be able to perform anywhere until her condition improves.
The Jordan Center apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this uncontrollable circumstance.
Jordin is going to be fine. She is almost well and will be back on tour SOON.

Yes, I heard the good news last week that Jordin was almost well and will be joining the tour in a couple of weeks!
Not good!!!!!!!!! this was the wackest performance. I expected more out of chris maybe Jordin breathe wa stanking and he really didn’t have no air. It could of been the other way around but chris walked like he was constipated and Jordin looked sick

Jordin is ONLY 18-1/2 and was just 17 years old when she won AI! People expect her to be perfect with each performances. I can tell you all that she has really learn how to work the stage Much Better. I saw a few clips from her Alicia Keys tour singing, Once Step At A Time and No Air and she really moves around. I love Jordin Sparks and we can expect to see her for a very long time!!!
For me I love Jordin’s and Chris performance on AI. They both are very talened and will have very long careers. Remember they are only 18 give them more time and with experience they will get better each time you see them.

There was a girl named Kailey she really love Matt.
But he never noticed her. One day for a talent show,
she sang her heart out. And Matt was surprised.
He was an 8th grader and she was in 7th.
That following school day. The bell rang.
” hay you wanna go to my place to watch movies” he asked.
she was so happy she forgot about her safety. And answered yes.
as they walked he talked about how pretty she was and if she would ever have sex.
she said only if it was the right guy. He wasn’t surprised. as they got there. He turned a movie on.
and told her that he went to get drinks. she said okay.
As he left she was so happy. she was on a date with MATT!
she didn’t know he put drugs in her drink. Which made her sleepy.
She tooka sip and then drank half.
But he talked about how pretty she was and how he would love to take
her on another date.
and how he would marry her.
he touched her body and made her high.
He kissed her. and he rubbed against her.
then he started making out.
She was so high. she ripped her shirt off.
But then ended up doinghim that night.
In the morning . She screamed and yelled.
He pinned her down. and made her. Shush.
She was so scared.
He told her not to worry but he would keep it a secret.
The next couple of months she found out she was pregnant.
And Matt was already in love with someone else.
She felt wasted. And sad. She begged Matt to help her. He refused.
He pushed her on the floor.
That night she screamed while having the baby. and she gavebirth.
But she also died that night.
she was dead while her baby cried.
Someone named Tyker came by to check on the
crying. And saw a baby. He grabbed the baby.
And brought it to the police. Of course the same thing had happened
to Kailey’s mother. So she had been raised by an old lady. Which died when she was 10.
We had to hide Matt’s real name it’s only a cover up.
He now is somewhere.
She roams trying to find th so called ( MATT ) or the true lyer.
