Jordin Sparks to Get Real Tattoo?
American Idol winner Jordin Sparks is turning 18 in less than a month and what does she plan to give herself as a "you’re finally legal" birthday gift? A tattoo of her brother’s name! Yes, the "Tattoo" singer is getting a tattoo. That silly pun is out of my system, so I’m moving on… She wants her brother’s name "P.J." tatted in a nice, small, script somewhere on her body - "It’s not like his name is Bartholomew or anything… I’ve only been home a week-and-a-half since the year started, and I really miss him."
What do her parents think about this? Her mom said [to Jordin] - "I’ll go get one with you when you’re 18."
Wow! Talk about being a supportive mother!

i think thats really cute ! i read about it in “girls life” magazine a little while ago. jordin and her family seem really close and i think its adorable that its gonna be a tattoo of her brother’s name. i remember reading her mom said she wasn’t allowed to get a tattoo until she was 18, but she’d go with her after that. i think thats really cute. :)

Well, I certainly have to say that getting a tattoo of your brother’s name isn’t something I would do but my sibs and I aren’t as close as Jordin and P.J. are. I think it’s great that they are so tight as a family.
As far as her mom goes - I told my daughter that when she turns 18 I’d go to Vegas or New Orleans with her.

LOL…Jeanne your funny! I love it! I think it’s good that her mom is going to go with her. When my son & daughter turn 18 I will go with them too…after all the idea does start at home and I have 10 so…………….The Legend continues…… :)

I think that’s cool Jordin’s mom is going with her. So that way they won’t be freaked out if she got one without them knowing. lol I want a tattoo, but I’m too chicken. lol

i’m definately way too scared to get a tattoo, too abby. (: i haven’t even gotten enough courage to get my ears pierced yet. lol : D
