Josh Gracin’s New Year’s in Artesia
American Idol finalist and country singer, Josh Gracin, who takes the stage at 10:45 pm in Artesia, New Mexico Monday night as he headlines the town’s New Year’s Eve celebrations. This free event is being held in the parking lot of Artesia High School since the downtown area is under construction. According to the Current Argus website, the night’s festivities begin at 5pm and will include lots of great food and fireworks.
"Gracin first gained public attention as the fourth-place finalist on the second season of the "American Idol" talent competition. Nine of his songs have reached the Billboard country charts, with his 2005 single "Nothin’ to Lose" going to No. 1."
