Jully Black Trying Hand at Acting

Canadian Idol correspondent, Jully Black, is going to give acting a try.  The Canadian Juno Award-winning, soul singer will be appearing alonside Ving Rhames and Dean McDermott (husband of Tori Spelling) in the new movie called “Saving God.”  The film deals with gang-related issues but will also try to remind audiences that “no one is beyond redemption.”

I’m not surprised that Jully is involved with this project since I’ve heard her talk about how she has chosen to shy away from the negative in life by clinging to her faith in God.  I’m sure she’s going to be great!
