  I burn more than that during a 20 minute jog, and I’m willing to bet she works out a lot longer than that. Plus, pizza is relatively high in protein, so while it’s not an everyday food, it’s not necessarily that bad for you. A lot of women order salad all the time thinking that it’s a low-calorie alternative, and while it provides you with a healthy serving of greens, you can easily consume 200-400 calories in dressing/toppings on an entrée sized salad.

  I’m a bit of a nutrition nerd so it bugs me to see statements like that. ;)
