Katharine McPhee Selling Wedding Pictures?

Okay, first things first. Katharine McPhee is rumored to be marrying her fiancé, Nick Cokas, in February and may have already sent out pre-invites (asking potential guests to save the date).
I’ve also read reports that she has tried to sell the exclusive rights to her wedding pictures to People, In Touch and Ok! magazine for $50,000 but is said to have been declined.
I have no idea if this is true but I’m just discussing what I’ve heard. I know some of you have probably heard about it already. What do you think? A lot of celebrities sell their photos so I can’t knock a girl for trying (if it’s true).

This girl thinks way too much of herself to think that any major celebrity magazine would be interested in paying for her wedding pictures. Really!
She is NOT that famous and does not have THAT much talent. She needs a reality check really fast!!
Erm, I would think someone would be interested in publishing her photos. I mean if they’re still interested in Trista and Ryan’s baby and they haven’t been on tv for 342946 years, why not her? And there’s nothing wrong w/ selling the pics, she might even donate the money to charity. Maybe if she just lowered her asking price.
i really don’t like this girl from the first time i saw her. she is very proud of herself actually she doesn’t have quality voice, same with Kelly Clarkson. i’m sicked of both of them ! MELINDA IS THE BEST AMERICAN IDOL EVER.
It looks like all of you are dead wrong—–InStyle magazine won the lottery, Katharine will be on the cover of their Wedding Edition.
And the blogger is correct. It’s common practice in Hollywood for celebs to sell the rights to their wedding pictures to drive down the value of the paparazzi pics. It cuts down the number of paparazzi that make pests of themselves at the wedding. Elizabeth Hurley, Celine Dion, Katie Holmes, Donald Trump, and many more have done it.
And I’m sure that those of you who are commenting on how much she thinks of herself would really know, right? She’s been in the public eye for 2 years now, and everybody that’s met the girl says just the opposite, that’s she’s one of the sweetest, most grounded people they’ve ever met. The only people that say crap about her are people that wouldn’t have the slightest idea what she’s like.
Soon Mcphee will realize she is not as hot as she thinks she is. Her fanclubs are disappearing, her upcoming marriage will be the end. It’s all downhill for her career now.Lets see if daddy/husband Nick has her doing some nude stuff to make a living as he cant find a job

i wonder if katherine and nick got married just for the exposure. Cmon, she needs money, she isnt a big celebrity. I think shes desperate for media attention.
