Kris Allen, Adam Lambert & Paula Abdul on Larry King Live – Videos

American Idol season 8 winner, Kris Allen and runner-up, Adam Lambert were being interviewed on Larry King Live tonight. Filling in for Larry was Idol’s host, Ryan Seacrest, who also interviewed this season’s top 10 contestants.
Kris Allen admitted that being crowned the newest idol has not fully sunk in yet for him, and of course he was as humble as ever. Ryan asked him if he thought that the Christian vote played a big part in him winning, and he says that he really hoped it didn’t. He says that religion shouldn’t have anything to do with American Idol, and I’ve got to agree with him.
Adam’s attitude was great! He showed absolutely not bitterness or anything, which was great to see. He said that all he wanted to do was just do his best. Paula Abdul also joined the two after a while and said that the judges were happy no matter who ended up winning. Enjoy the videos!

How come I can’t see these videos?
I have this problem at mjs’s blog also, I can’t see the Larry King Kris Allen videos. Have they been removed? *grumbles*. Well, hopefully I’ll find them somewhere else.

First off, I am so happy that Kris won. He was my favorite all season. I would not have been disappointed had Adam won, though.
Second, has there ever been a season when the runner up was bitter? My memory may be failing me but I can not recall any of the finalist ever not begin grateful to have made it to the finale or claim to be the rightful winner.
Adam is the next Elvis, Elton John, The Beatles, U2, The Beach Boys, Queen, etc, etc, combined. He is now a world wide entertainer and whole heartedly deserves every moment of this fame now and forever.
the reasons I keep watching the idol this seasons is just because I want to see ADAM LAMBERT, he is so amazing, talented, handsome, creative, hamble, sweet …etc etc
never get bored to watch his performances and I do agree with the judges when they say that Adam is the World Class Super Star..

The reason I absolutely adore Kris is because he is believable whenever he sings his songs. The lyrics in a song is very important to me, as much as the voice of the singer and Kris Allen simply sings with his HEART. I believed him in To Make Me Feel My Love, Heartless, Ain’t No Sunshine, The Way You Look Tonight and No Boundaries. That’s what our vote was all about, his ability to reach out and make us feel what he was singing about. Adam can reach high notes and scream his tongue out but that was all. To Kris Allen: BRAVO!!! We’re waiting for your CD/album.
PAULA ABDUL IS THE ONLY REASON I WATCH IDOL! Cause of her I’ve been exposed to these amazing people! i just don’t get how much TALENT there is out there and it is so hard 2 decide. i love music and i love so much of all the singers. Kris has heart, but so does Adam. I really like him singing Mad World.
I think it’s great that she says that their future is theres 4 the making. i mean COME ON theyre on american IDOL. they have MADE IT as far as getting their voices heard and publicity and all that. i know Kris won and he is fantastic, but Adam didn’t exactly LOSE! THE MAN IS GORGEOUS AND SINGS BEAUTIFULLY! he’s ont he cover of ROLLING STONE MAGAZINE even though he DIDN’T WIN??? come on he’s doing something right.

and im so jealous that they got to spend time with a pop star like paula abdul. i LOVE her performance on idol and i have always loved her style and how she seems to really want the best for the people on a.i. she gave scott macintyre that dog. it was really sweet. and i bet adam and kris can call her any time which must feel SO good when you’re a new singing needing some professional advice from someone who’s been there. idol is such a great star-making show i’m so excited about this season!

I TOTALLY AGREE! When you can reach out with your voice and pull me in, you’ve pretty much got me for life. It’s a gift Kris has, and not everyoen can do this. Don’t you think it’s a special talent that only some people can do. Lots of people have beautiful voices and can sing like a grammy winner, BUT not everyone can make me feel it personally.
I watched a Paula Abdul video where she was saying that long before they make a decision just for herself she thinks about who the voters will pick, puts it in an envelope and mails it to herself certified mail. She can’t open it till all America has voted. That’s something I would do, just to kind of play a game with myself to see if I can sense what America thinks. She also said she doesn’t do it any more cuz when she said it on TV the a.i. people said not to do that. someone would probably try to intercept her mail and put it in the inquirer or something!

some people have trouble looking at this video on this site for some reason. you shoudl be able to find it easy on youtube. paula, adam and kris. it’s cool how adam and kris are so professional and GORGEOUS. Paula Abdul looks perfect as ever! You can tell that she has a bond with Adam and Kris. If you take away the fact that she’s a judge and Kris and Adam were in competition. You can see that they’ve kind of become a little family. They’ve all been through so much together. Paula’s like an aunt or a big sis or a mom to them. A Pop superstar dancer/singer/choreographer sister/mom/aunt! lol
