After announcing that Kristy Lee Cook had her new single and album ready in my post yesterday, Heather at Country Music Stop let me know that she had found the full version of Kristy’s single, “15 Minutes of Shame”. Take a listen!
I like it. I think it’s better than most of what she sang on the show last season. She just may be able to follow in the footsteps of Kellie Pickler and have a successful country music career even without winning!

I love Kristy, I think Simon was a confidence killer for her. I think she can give Carrie Underwood a run for her money, easy. And I cracked up too, they have her ready for airplay which is great, but Clay Aiken still can’t get any airplay. I think he must have killed the pope in another life or maybe a deejay.
I LIKE! I was disappointed she didn’t make it farther, she was far better than some who outlasted her. He country leaning I guess just didn’t make it with the TV fans this year.
I heard Christy’s 15 min. of shame today on the radio and I loved it.
