Mookie Morris Eliminated from Canadian Idol!

I can’t even begin to explain how disappointed I am with tonight’s Canadian Idol results show. Mookie Morris was sent home and I just don’t understand how that happened. He has got to be one of the most talented people to ever be on the show, in my opinion, so I’m truly shocked and devastated. I like everyone in the Top 5 but I really thought it was Mitch MacDonald’s time to go home.

I had pretty much decided that the final 2 would be Mookie and Theo, so I was quite shocked as well. However I would have been more shocked if Theo had gone home. Drew is very popular I think because of his Justin Timberlake-like looks.
I really thought it was Drew Wright’s turn to go
Although to be fair I’ve refused to watch Drew’s performances for the last two weeks because he just annoys me. I guess we’ve both got our contestants that do that 
Ultimately the verdict is the same - Mookie didn’t deserve to go!
Ok, i hate you people who voted Mookie out, He was the best thing that could ever happen to us and canadian Idol. He is better than carrie Underwood, jacob Hoggard, and Kalan porter, Even micheal Boble. I absolutly Love mookie, he is the best singer and the best finalist, and the best person I have ever seen. So whoever voted him out You should be ashamed of yourselves, He is the best I thought he was going to be #1. Now Mookie if you see this, E-mail me… mistythekit@hotmail.com ..P.S. I love your singing Mookie Morris…He he…e-mail me…I’m a 12 year old girl so everyone who voted mookie out should be ashamed of themselves. I’m so mad, I actually screamed and cried when mookie lost out….

In my opinion, Mookie was really really good but not better than either Kalan Porter or Clay Aiken. They are entirely different style singers.

Okay, I love Mookie, but I’m almost glad he got voted out because when ruined that guitar, it was the sickest thing ever. Thank you for breathing life into Canadian Idol, Mookie.. it was kind of dying for a few seasons.

I thought right from the get go that the top 3 talents in a league of their own were lst Earl, 2nd Theo and 3rd Mookie. What a shocker that last week Earl landed in the bottom two and this week when Mookier landed in the bottom 2 - seems obvious that Drew and Mitch aren’t even in the same league, but then, this is up to the audience to vote and we all have differing tastes!
I thought the results sucked. Seriously. I watch Canadian Idol every year, and the last time I was this excited by anyone on the show was back in season two when Kalan and Jacob were on. Since then, there have been many good singers, but no one like Mookie. He was a great singer, great performer, and he brought something different to the stage.
It’s a shame he’s gone because I have no idea who I’m going to cheer for now. Theo, I guess, but there’s no one left that I really seriously care about winning at this point.
On the other hand, I’m betting that Zack, Jake, and Farley are all fighting each other over who gets to try to sign Mookie first. I’m sure he’ll have a recording contract soon because the judges all loved him and saw how talented he is.
im seriously going to boycut candian idol until mookie records a CD! its insane that he got voted out! i mean he is the best thing that ever happened on canadian idol and probably no one will ever beat him, well that’s my opinion.
but it doesn’t really matter because i knew, and we all knew from the start that he would go far, and i’m sure he’s going to be a real canadian legend. :]
The same thing happened with Chris Daughtry from AI though and look where he is today.
ok well he didn’t deserve too go at the time he did.. i was disappointed but then move on ’s all that i can say iv lost all hope in ever seeing canadian idol again but he was the best and now whoever wins best be thankful for voteing out the best and now that’s only the sucky one’s left to remain i agree to the girl that said” who ever voted him out deserves to be ashamed of themselfs… yours sincerly lauren
People, calm down. I can hear the knots in your knickers straining from here. Nobody got “voted out”. The voting system would have to be entirely different for that to happen. Mookie just didn’t get enough votes, that’s all. I don’t think it’s anything to get that upset about. This year’s top five is excellent (even Mitch… he’s been growing on me these past two weeks). Our Beatles week was (in my opinion) FAR more impressive than what they did on American Idol; the Americans’ Beatles week was pretty unimpressive.
So Mookie won’t hold the title. So what? I’d be willing to bet that all of these guys (and Amberly, too) will be putting CDs out within the next year. We’ll just have to wait a little longer for them, is all.
(I wonder if he’s regretting smashing that cool guitar?)
By far the most talented and will be big time in a few years just like Daughtry, I mean c’mon it’s BS how people vote time after time after time, I mean don’t they have to pay for every call?…not sure because I’v never voted but believe there should only be one vote per person/telephone what ever because the voting thing is not legit for me.

Mookie was a good performer, but Theo has a waaayyyy better voice. And everyone has to leave sometime.
also- You can only vote for people, not vote them out. And calls are free.
I am pleased that Mookie was eliminated, he was too cockie for his own good and was about time Canada made a good decision and didn’t create a monster that thought he was better than everyone..personally he sounded like a karaoke star..
