My Love Affair with France’s American Idol Continues…

France’s version of American Idol, “Nouvelle Star” has one of the most entertaining contestants I have ever seen. His name is Julien and some people call him France’s Sanjaya but I will not do that anymore. I understand why they say that but the comparison is really because both Julien and Sanjaya are unique characters but Julien is actually quite awesome. I loved his rendition of Like a Virgin!
I LOVE JULIEN and I hope he wins NOUVELLE STAR! Here’s a video of him singing The Doors’ “Light My Fire.” Tell me, though – Is France’s stage better than America’s? That stage rocks and I love how the audience wraps around it. What do you think?

Julien… It’s a big surprise every week.
Today he sang “Moi… lolita” from Alizée. and it was totally different from the original version, of course. I don’t have to say that it was excellent.
Il est complètement allumé ce type, c’est beau!! He really is a great artist.
He will certainly win the competition, and I will vote for him until the end.
I love him so much. I put up the video of “Moi…Lolita.” I wish I could vote for him!
