Pop Idol Winner Will Young Splits With Boyfriend

Pop Idol (the original, British version of American Idol) winner, Will Young, has broken up with his long-time boyfriend, Connor, but is said to be keeping his options open during the holiday season.  According to Showbiz Spy, the 28-year-old singer is looking for love in an effort to avoid spending Christmas alone.

Will is currently working on his 4th album (due out in May).  His hits include "Light My Fire," “Don’t Let Me Down” and “The Long and Winding Road.”

I guess Carrie Underwood isn’t the only Idol who is unlucky in love…
