Ryan Seacrest Has Emmy Jitters?
After it was announced that Ryan Seacrest would be hosting the 59th Primetime Emmy Awards, I heard many people complaining (some were happy, though). People are worried that he’s going to do a bad job (or succeed at world domination) and, apparently, Ryan is feeling a bit anxious also.
The American Idol host said (during this radio show on KIIS-FM) - “I’m scared because it’s a room full of actors who probably hate me.”
Despite his nerves, he is putting a positive spin on the experience: “I’m going to have a good time hosting that thing,” he added.
Producers are hoping the audience will have a good time as well, and that Seacrest will “serve as a magnet for attracting a diverse array of viewers to our Emmy telecast,” according to Dick Askin, chairman and chief executive officer of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
The 59th Annual Primetime Emmys will air on FOX Sept. 16. Set your timers!

Ryan, with jitters..I don’t believe it..However, I heard that Simon is leaving American idol, now thats scary..That show will be finished if that happens

Yeah, Simon’s supposed to leave after 3 more seasons. We’ll see what happens then - yikes!
