Last week, Adam Lambert revealed his new single “For Your Entertainment” from his upcoming album of the same title and I have listened to it several times over the weekend and I seriously cannot decide if I like it or not.  On the one hand, it’s got a decent beat but then the actual melody isn’t working for me. 
I love Adam and I think that “Time For Miracles” from the 2012 soundtrack is great but I’m just not sure about this single.

Last night was the premiere of Michael Jackson’s documentary, This Is It, which was made in memory of the late King of Pop and features some footage of the tour that MJ was working on before he passed away over the summer.
Season 8 runner-up, Adam Lambert was in attendance as well and dressed in all black on the red carpet. Glambert also posed for pictures with pop singer, Katy Perry. I read on E! Online that American Idol Season 8 runner-up, Adam Lambert, will be working with RedOne, the producer behind Lady Gaga’s hugely successful singles “Just Dance” and “Poker Face.”  As the article mentions, it’s starting to feel like glam rock is about to make a HUGE comeback – with a modern spin, of course.

Apparently, Adam spent much of this past weekend working in a Los Angeles recording studio with the producer who has also worked with Akon, Enrique Iglesias and Michael Jackson.  Who knows what kind of tracks he laid down with Adam?  A label source simply …read more

Adam Lambert has finally confirmed all the rumors – he is, in fact, gay.  Of course, this can’t come as much of a surprise to most people.  There were, however, a few revelations in his Rolling Stone interview that will raise a few eyebrows.
The biggie?  He had a crush on American Idol winner, Kris Allen, who happened to be his roommate!  Adam said: "He’s the one guy I found attractive on the show: nice, nonchalant, pretty and totally my type — except that he has a wife."

Adam Lambert, this year’s runner-up on American Idol, attended the Young Hollywood Awards last night and I think he looked great in his own unique way.

He was presented with the “Young Hollywood Artist of the Year” prize by Idol judge, Kara DioGuardi.  She recently talked about his sexuality on The View and he was asked if was upset by her basically “outing” him on national television.

If you’ve been watching American Idol, you probably know that AT&T is one of the show’s biggest sponsors.  Now that season eight is behind us, The New York Times is claiming that the telephone company might have helped secure a victory for Kris Allen.  The allegedly “provided phones for free text- messaging services at two Allen parties in Arkansas on the night of the finals” and that “AT&T reps showed party-goers how to "power text" — cast 10 votes at the touch of a button — which violates show rules.”

American Idol season 8 runner-up, Adam Lambert, performed “Mad World” for the outdoor crowd on The CBS Early Show.  This video that I found isn’t the best quality but I find it amazing that he not only sounds incredible but he’s able to block out the windiness and the sounds of traffic around him in downtown New York City.  His voice is so absolutely beautiful performing this song.  I got goosebumps listening to it.  I hope you enjoy it too!

American Idol season 8 winner, Kris Allen and runner-up, Adam Lambert were being interviewed on Larry King Live tonight. Filling in for Larry was Idol’s host, Ryan Seacrest, who also interviewed this season’s top 10 contestants.
Kris Allen admitted that being crowned the newest idol has not fully sunk in yet for him, and of course he was as humble as ever. The season is over and Kris Allen was named this year’s winner of American Idol.  Of course, it’s the day after and there are interviews with them popping up all over the internet.  My friend, Zack Taylor, has a great collection of interviews with Blake Lewis, Bo Bice, Simon Cowell and more (check it out!).

In what many would consider a surprise ending, Kris Allen was crowned the winner of the eighth season of American Idol.  For weeks, it seemed that Adam Lambert had the competition locked up but, in the end, he did not win.  If you were shocked, take a look at Kris’ face when the announcement was made (stunned Kris even said that he thought Adam should have won).
