Last year, American Idol finally showed some imperfection – the ratings machine actually experienced some major drops and, while it remained strong, it didn’t perform as well as it has in the past.  I think that’s probably one good reason why they brought in Kara DioGuardi as a fourth judge.  People needed to see something fresh and, so far, it’s going well.

It’s almost time for American Idol Season 6 to hit the airwaves. When that time arrives it will hit with a bang. Fox is promoting the season premiere as a two night, 4 hour premiere that will start on Tuesday, January 16.

Interesting announcement today regarding b5media’s new partnership with Fox and VIP Fan Clubs. The b5 Entertainment Channel is expanding.
