On Sunday, Jordin Sparks stepped up on the field at the Arizona Cardinals NFL game and did the honors of singing the national anthem. The home team was playing against the San Francisco 49ers, at the University of Arizona Stadium.  Jordin looked cute and I’m liking that color on her but…I guess she forgot to put her shoes on?

Who doesn’t love the Jonas Brothers?  Um… okay, I don’t actually like them very much (I don’t hate them, I just don’t love them) but I’m guessing American Idol winner, Jordin Sparks, is just like any other teen girl since she was spotted at the book launch for Burning Up: On Tour with the Jonas Brothers.

American Idol winner, Jordin Sparks, feels that the "role model" tag was thrust on her after winning the popular singing competition.  During her time on the show, it became known that the young singer has a strong opinion about sex before marriage (she’s choosing to wait) and she started to be considered an example for teens.

American Idol season 6 winner, Jordin Sparks, took home the prize in the "Favorite Artist, Adult Contemporary" category at last night’s 2008 American Music Awards.  Good for her!  I hope she enjoyed the show last night.
Now that we got that out of the way, what did you think of her dress?  She wore this canary yellow knee-length frock and, well… I just can’t decide.  I think it makes her bust area look small and her lower body look big.  What do you think?

American Idol winner, Jordin Sparks, sang the National Anthem before Game One of the 2007 NBA Finals between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the San Antonio Spurs at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas on Thursday night (Go Spurs!).

For now, American Idol winner, Jordin Sparks is having to take the back seat on the charts to runner-up, Blake Lewis.
Blake’s single “You Give Love a Bad Name” broke into the top 10 at #9 and Jordin’s “This is My Now” is hovering at #14.
It’ll be interesting to see where they are after summer.

NBC will celebrate America’s 231st birthday with a live broadcast of the “Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular.” Of the performers, country music star (and American Idol guest) Martina McBride will open the event and Jordin Sparks, Blake Lewis and Melinda Doolittle will perform a song together to tribute the Nation’s birthday.
The event is America’s largest 4th of July fireworks extravaganza and will feature 35,000 shells which will be set off over New York City.
Cool. Wish I could be there but I’ll just have to watch it on television!
