American Idol winner, Kelly Clarkson, was in London yesterday for an appearance on BBC Radio 1 where she promoted her upcoming album “All I Ever Wanted” which is set to hit stores on March 17, 2009.  The first single will be “My Life Would Suck Without You.”
It’s great to see Kelly smiling and enjoying her fans again.  She had a tough time last year so I’m hoping 2009 will be a great, fresh start for her.  Is the color of her coat and her album cover a sign that she’s looking on the “bright” side?  Sorry, couldn’t help myself!

The title of American Idol winner, Kelly Clarkson’s fourth album has finally been revealed.  All I Ever Wanted has a release date of March 17, 2009 and is currently available for pre-order on Amazon.com.

I know that “My Life Would Suck Without You” and “If I Can’t Have You” are confirmed tracks but the rest is just speculation (kind of like when everyone was saying the album would be called Masquerade).  There have been leaks published all over the place (listen to a 30 second snippet of “My Life…” on MJ’s Big Blog).

American Idol winner, Kelly Clarkson, has had a tough time these past couple years.  She seemed resentful of having had less control over her first albums and wanted to try to write her own songs and shape her own identity.  She basically alienated and attacked the ones who had made her successful and, after her album My December failed to generate the kind of sales she was used to, she apologized for her behavior and ended up going on tour with Reba McEntire instead of releasing another album.
