This is our second day in our week-long countdown to the start of American Idol season 8!!!  So, what do you remember about the second season of your favorite singing competition?
It was the season of Ruben Studdard and Clay Aiken.  Even back during the competition, I just could not decide.  I loved them both so much for two entirely different reasons.  Ruben had a smooth style and teddy bear-like quality that made him so lovable during performances like “Music of My Heart” but then Clay brought so much skill and growth to songs like “Bridge Over Troubled Water.”

Kimberly Locke’s sophomore album will be available in stores in October. Her second album, “Based On A True Story” will feature her current single, “Supawoman” which is available at iTunes. The album will be released by Curb Records.
I still haven’t purchased her first album, I’ve yet to see it in a store. Should probably just purchase it online. Kimberley was one of my favorite Idols of past seasons.
