American Idol winner, Carrie Underwood, has been hacked! A staffer at TMZ.com, had been receiving emails from someone identifying themselves as Carrie through the mega star’s MySpace account.
The emails were said to contain invitations to listen to ringtones, lol. Also, the following message was sent out to fans from “Carrie”:
“Hey, this is Carrie Underwood. OK here’s the deal, I need EVERY SINGLE myspace friend to stop what he/she’s doing and GO HERE RIGHT NOW and put your cell # in. You’ll recieve every ringtone from every myspace artist (including MY favorites)… (sic).”

Yuck – I hope this isn’t true. Apparently, before the finale, Antonella Barba, Haley Scarnato and Gina Glocksen put messages up on their MySpace pages urging their friends to vote for Jordin Sparks. That is rough! I’m not sure why they would feel it’s appropriate to do to Blake Lewis with whom they must tour this summer. A site named Deathbycamera has tracked down the MySpace pages for many of the individuals who auditioned Tuesday and Wednesday nights on the premiere of American Idol Season 6. I originally saw the story linked from here.
