According to The Hollywood Reporter, former American Idol winner, Fantasia Barrino will be starring in a new unscripted series on VH1.  The show, which is currently planned to premiere in early 2010, will chronicle her life as a recording artist and single mother. 
They decided to do the show based on the fact that “Fantasia has one of the most fascinating stories in show business” and I can see what they mean.  I hope this works out for her and doesn’t end up adding stress to her life but, with the economy the way it is, I can’t imagine …read more

Simon’s got another reality show on TV tonight, “Celebrity Duets“.
What is the deal with this onslaught of TV shows combining celebrities with professionals and seeing how they do? This is just too much.

Paula was looking pretty good as she arrived for the Primetime Emmy Awards. Hollywood’s Best has lots of photos (forum registration required) and comments from some forum members stating she was drunk.
Of course it’s a rumor, but she’s definitely seemed a little medicated on a few of the American Idol airings. Wonder what’s up. Tonight’s episode of Fear Factor with Joe Rogan was an interesting one. They’ve got contestant teams from the various reality TV shows competing against one another. One of the teams consists of Anthony Federov from last season’s American Idol when Carrie Underwood won. Anthony’s partner was Carmen Rasmusen from
