Taylor Hicks Performs on The Tonight Show (Repeat)
If you missed it the first time, here’s your chance to see Taylor Hicks perform on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
Taylor is by far my favorite winner (who’s yours) of all the season winners. He’s just so down to earth and real. He seems like the kind of guy you could just sit down with and relax and enjoy a conversation. He shows this attitude very well during his interviewing with Jay Leno, with Kevin Spacey next to him on the couch.
He performs “Do I Make You Proud”, which is probably my least favorite song he sings. It doesn’t do anything to really showcase his niche of musical sound or genre. He does the best he can with it though and makes it work, I just don’t like the song.

Taylor is the only reason I have ever watched American Idol.I just happened to see it the night he auditioned and knew he was it!!!!Taylor brought an excitement to the show that had been lacking in previous ones.For me to watch every week was a testament to how awesome I think Taylor is !!!!!There will never be another season to equal this one.
