The “Results” Show – Everybody’s Safe!

What a night! It was a star-packed evening filled with incredible performances including two from Idol winners Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood. There was tons of comic relief and I feel that it was everything a fundraising show should be.

I do feel, however, that for this post, I need to focus on the cause rather than the music. After watching the footage, I was in tears and truly devastated. I hope you were too. When 50 cents can save the life of a baby, we should all feel compelled to act. There are many ways you can donate:

On iTunes.com, you can download performances from tonight’s episode of American Idol and the proceeds will go toward helping the needy. You can also donate on the American Idol website or you can go to one.org and give in many ways. I, myself, bought bracelets a year ago and felt happy that the money went to helping those in need. No one was eliminated tonight!!! Instead, the bottom two will be sent home next week. No pressure!
