Underwood Not Feuding with Simpson

Despite all the rumors and reports that American Idol winner, Carrie Underwood, is feuding with fellow singer, Jessica Simpson, Carrie is denying there are any problems at all: “I met her once and she seemed really nice so I don’t have a feud with anybody.”  Simpson is currently dating Carrie’s ex-boyfriend, Tony Romo. 

The Idol winner added in reference to Jessica’s cross-over from pop to country music: “I think it’s great that country music just seems to be opening their arms to people that want to be a part of it. They let me in when they didn’t have to and they’re doing the same thing for a lot of other people.”

She also explained that she’s been friends with her exes in the past but that the media makes it difficult.  I can only imagine.  Anyone who has been through a break-up, a fight with their boyfriend/girlfriend or even just a disagreement with a friend or family member can relate to how much worse the situation is if someone blows it out of proportion and makes you even madder.  You might have forgiven someone and then they bring up bad memories and you are upset all over again!
